I often find myself wondering if I've prepared my heart fully as we move towards Sunday's worship services.
This post aims to help spur us on as we prepare to gather for worship on Sunday. Here you will find the songs, passages and hopefully, growth as you lean into God's desire for your worship of Him. Take the opportunity to listen to all the songs we will sing together. Enjoy reflecting on the lyrics and praying them back to Him throughout the week. The definition of Community is "a feeling of fellowship with others, as a result of sharing common attitudes, interests, and goals." Join with us as we as seek to "share common attitudes, interests, and goals" in preparation of worship on Sunday. Through song, prayer, the preaching of the bible, communion and more, we want to encounter the richness of the God and a deepening of our faith in Him.
We'll see you on Sunday!
Primary passage for Sunday's Communion Message:
1 Corinthians 11:23-26 (NIV)
23 For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread, 24 and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, “This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.” 25 In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me.” 26 For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.
