Small Group Life

Why small groups?

Small groups are an integral part of life at West Ridge.  In order to develop into a fully devoted follower of Christ, we believe we need more than a Sunday morning service.  Small groups provide safe spaces for men and women to  experience a natural expression of friendship, grace and truth that encourages personal growth. In the process, we pursue the following heart attitudes:

  • Living an open and honest life
  • Maintaining clear relationships with others
  • Putting the interests of others ahead of our own
  • Speaking and listening in grace and truth
  • Participating in the ministry
  • Submitting to leadership within scriptural limits
  • Living sacrificially
