What to Expect

Our weekly worship services start on Sunday mornings at 9:30 & 11:00a.m., located at 7315 W 13th St N in Wichita.

Our emphasis in our gatherings is to exalt and lift high the name of Jesus through our singing, prayers, listening, and encouraging one another.

As we gather we sing about the work of Christ for us. We listen to the Word of God proclaimed in the preaching of the Scriptures.

Stop by our Cafe for some of our coffee and a fresh baked breakfast item!

We have great childcare staff and registration is quick and easy. We offer a nursery called "The Greenhouse" during our adult worship services and a kid's church called "Route 66." Route 66 is a service intentionally designed to minister to the young ones on a level they can understand and with creativity and an energy they can appreciate. We believe that all of us, from toddlers to adults, need to hear the truth of Jesus Christ on our own level.

At West Ridge we frequently practice baptism. We believe that baptism is a response of obedience following a person's conversion.

If you desire to be baptized, we would love to hear about how God has changed your life and why you would like to be baptized.

We always preach the gospel. Through the songs we sing, the scripture we read and the sermons we preach, the gospel will be boldly proclaimed.

Because our focus is on Christ and his gospel, we want everyone to join us regardless of their background, education, ethnicity, environment or social standing.

We have no dress code, no minimum requirements, no barriers to coming and hearing the good news of all that Jesus is for us. We openly invite you to join us just as you are.

Sunday morning worship services are a great place to hear the gospel taught in ways that will challenge you to deepen your faith in God.

However, our community is built through small groups and the accountability that can be found in them.

Men's and Women's groups meet throughout the week at various times and locations. If you'd like to join a small group, or just get more info, there's a map of group leaders and contact info on the wall just inside the north entrance of our building.
